Welcome to Nadia Terfous, Managing Director of EoM Solutions

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nadia Terfous as Managing Director of EoM Solutions. Nadia joins us with tremendous experience, having worked for more than 17 years in the areas of business and economics. She writes:
“I am very excited and honored to join the Economics of Mutuality, a group of highly motivated and highly skilled professionals who have developed a truly distinctive managerial innovation aimed at transforming business performance at the core so that companies can thrive while meeting the critical needs of the world. As MD of EoM Solutions, I will serve clients willing to implement the Economics of Mutuality as a business model and contribute to developing the EoM capabilities, together with my colleagues.”
Nadia spent 14 years with McKinsey & Company, the leading management consulting firm, where she acted as a partner during 5+ years. She advised public and private sector clients globally (with a focus on Europe, Middle East and North / West Africa) on topics ranging from strategic changes to economic development plans and organizational transformations. She also worked 3 years at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance as an economist within the Treasury Department.
She graduated from HEC in Paris, the French leading business school, in 2000, and obtained a Masters in Economic Analysis and Policy from Paris School of Economics in 2001 and a Masters in International Economics from the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (Germany) in 2002. She is French and Algerian and speaks French, English and German.
A New Role With a New Consultancy
As the Managing Director of EoM Solutions, Nadia is taking on the leadership of a new company. In 2020, Mars, Incorporated redeployed the Economics of Mutuality as an independent organization headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland comprised of EoM Foundation, a public interest foundation, and EoM Solutions, a leading management consultancy.
Before this, the Economics of Mutuality had been the initiative of Catalyst, a global thought leadership capability and internal corporate think tank to Mars. Recognizing its potential to reshape the landscape of business, finance and management education, Mars released and endorsed the Economics of Mutuality to grow beyond the boundaries of one company.
