Amanda K. Pascale operationalizes values with people, organizations, and ecosystems. She is a trusted convener, builder of courageous organizations, and culture strategist working as a business coach and fractional c-level executive to companies experiencing rapid growth, shift in strategy, or change in leadership.

Her initiatives have activated sustained impact for a wide variety of movements across civil society, government, and business. Over the course of three decades, Amanda’s work has earned her a reputation as a provocative change agent who scales disruptive models, challenges status quo thinking, and designs intentional approaches to systemic evolution.

Pascale moved her firm, LIONHEARTED, from New York City to the burgeoning smart city with soul, Lake Nona, Florida, in order to contribute to growing the modern meca for technology, innovation, and community. Amanda's role with EoM focuses on designing pathways for engagement with the Economics of Mutuality and supporting the growth of a global community of practice. Amanda also catalyzes connections for the expanding network of business leaders who utilize the Economics of Mutuality as a corporate management framework.
