Tereza joined EoM Solutions in July 2020 as a consultant deploying the Economics of Mutuality within partner companies. With over 15-years’ multinational experience of delivering sales and marketing strategies, Tereza has gained the expertise of people, product and client management, strategic planning and business development across diverse business environments, geographies and cultures. She is skilled in collaborating cross-functionally to develop multi-stakeholder strategies that win business. Prior to joining EoM Solutions, she was the Head of Sales & Marketing department of Royal Canin Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur.

Tereza obtained a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Administration from Faculty of Law at University Paris Descartes in 2001 and Advanced Master’s degree in Corporate Communication Strategies from NEOMA Business School in 2005. She comes from the Czech republic and is currently based in Prague. She speaks Czech, English and French. Her passions are arts, design, architecture and music. Solidarity, curiosity, big picture thinking and continuous learning are her leading principles. She is a devoted advocate for completing Capitalism with a human face.
